Rules

 N.P.C. rules govern the contest. All contestants must have current N.P.C. Cards these can be purchased online: https://www.npcregistration.com or with $125 CASH at check-in

All contestants competing in the prejudging must also compete in the evening contest.

Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated, violators will be asked to leave without refund.

Light oil is permitted in prejudging. Professional spray tanning will be available on the day of the competition.

Each competitor will be allowed one-person backstage to help them pump-up or prepare for competition, that person must buy a ticket for each session.

Athletes must bring suits for judge’s inspection and Masters and JR Divisions must present a valid I.D.

Check -in/ Weigh-in/Registration starts at 8:00 AM At the Art United Center ending sharply at 9:00 AM.   No Exceptions & No Refunds!


Women’s Figure Competition Rules

The contestants will be brought out in one or two lines for the quarter turns. The judges will be assessing the degree of firmness, symmetry, proportion and overall physical appearance including complexion, poise and overall presentation.

Jewelry may be worn in the figure, bikini & women’s physique. Body building competitors CANNOT wear jewelry.
Thong swimsuits will NOT be allowed.

NO body oil is allowed because of the danger of slipping on stage.


Bikini Competition Rules

“Off the rack” bikinis are permitted in accordance to N.P.C. rules. (NO THONGS!) Please make sure you bring a backup suit. The competitors will be brought out in a group and directed to do a front stance and then a back stance.


Men’s Physique Competition Rules

Contestants will be asked to walk in board shorts (shorts must be just above the knee in length and can be one inch below the belly button, no spandex and no logos are permitted on the board shorts however a manufacturer’s logo such as Nike symbol or Billabongs are acceptable.) Competitors will enter the stage without a shirt and bare- foot.
